The process lives in people's heads
In many companies a purchase goes like this: an employee makes a call, a manager agrees verbally, an accountant notes it in Excel, and the contract stays in someone's inbox. In the end there is no answer to a simple question: who is holding the document right now, and why has it stalled?

Every action is recorded
Who approved, when, and with what comment — all of it is in the log. During an audit nothing has to be reconstructed; the history is already there.
It does not end at approval
Most systems stop once a request is approved. BPM carries on — supplier quotes, the purchase order, the contract and the delivery. The chain does not break.
The data stays yours
The system can run on our servers or inside your own infrastructure. Data belonging to different organizations is kept isolated.
